Q: What is Eastern TCG?

A: Eastern TCG is an online platform where users can buy and sell trading cards. We currently limit listings to Magic the Gathering. More card games coming soon!

Q: How do I create an account?

A: To create an account, click on the 'Login' button at the top right corner of our homepage. Fill in your details and follow the instructions to complete the registration process.

Q: Is Eastern TCG free to use?

A: Creating an account, browsing listings, buying, selling and listing cards are free. Please refer to the website footer for the link to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Buying Cards

Q: How do I purchase a card?

A: To purchase, you can browse or search for the card you want, and proceed to bid for an auctioned card, or make an offer on a fixed-price-sale. Follow the prompts to connect with the Seller to make your payments, arrange a drop-off or meet face-to-face to complete the transaction.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: Payment modes will depend on and may differ from Seller to Seller.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: This depends on whether the Seller has provided you with the tracking ID of the shipped card(s). If yes, you should be able to track the shipment using the tracking ID with its corresponding shipment provider.

Selling Cards

Q: How do I list a card for sale?

A: To list a card for sale, log in to your account, go to 'Sell Now!' and follow the prompts to create a new listing: Auction or Fixed Price. You will need to provide details about the card and set your price.

Q: What are the selling fees?

A: There are no selling fees imposed on Sellers at this juncture.

Q: How do I ship a sold card?

A: Once your card is sold, you will receive a notification informing you to connect with the successful buyer to arrange meetup, drop-off or shipping details. Package your card securely and ship it if needed. Update the shipping status, tracking information and/or meetup status in your account.

Account and Security

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: To reset your password, click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Q: How do I update my account information?

A: To update your account information, log in and go to 'Profile'. Here, you can edit your personal details.

Q: What should I do if I suspect fraudulent activity on my account?

A: If you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account, contact our customer support immediately. We recommend changing your password and reviewing your account activity for any unauthorized transactions.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have experienced damaged cards in your shipments, or wish to raise a dispute against a Buyer/Seller. We will mediate disputes on a case-by-case basis.

Q: How do I report a problem with a transaction?

A: If you encounter any issues with a transaction, please use the 'Report a Problem' feature in your account or contact support for assistance.
